Privacy policy

We only receive what you send us yourself:

• through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, profile (private or business), the subject and your message;
• through the quote form: the services you need, how often, the estimated volume, your name, company, phone number, email address, commune and comments; for fire or water damage, the type of damage and whether your insurer has been told;
• by email or phone: whatever you choose to tell us.

We use this data to answer you, prepare a quote, arrange collection and delivery, process your orders and invoice you. The legal basis is answering your request and performing any contract that follows from it, as well as our accounting and tax obligations.

We never sell your data and do not use it for targeted advertising.

To run this website, we use a few service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms, which forwards what you type in the forms to our mailbox;
• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website and keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested) for security and to keep it running;
• WOSH, the online ordering platform: when you order in the WOSH app or on its website, WOSH's own terms and privacy policy apply.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We keep your data for as long as we need to handle your request and, if it leads to an order, for as long as our legal obligations require, in particular for accounting and tax purposes. A request that goes no further is deleted once it is no longer useful.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. To see which pages are visited, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits anonymously, without cookies and without identifying visitors. That is why no consent banner is shown.

Links to Google Maps, the WOSH app or the app stores open third-party services, which have their own rules.

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it or receive it in a portable format, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted. Write to us at blanchisserie@petite-suisse.be or by post at the address above: we reply within one month.

If you feel your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
