On the care label, a circle means a garment needs dry cleaning. A crossed-out washtub confirms it must not be washed in water. If in doubt, bring it in: we check the label and the fabric before choosing a treatment.
Every item is inspected when it arrives, treated according to its fabric and colour, then pressed and checked before going back into its cover. The garment keeps its shape, its colour and its drape.
