What is aqua cleaning?
Aqua cleaning is professional wet cleaning, washing with water to a very high level of precision. The machine controls temperature, water level and drum movement to the degree, and the products we use are biodegradable. The result is a deep clean that protects fibres and colours, with no solvents.
It is the ideal method for items that ordinary washing would damage but that do not need solvent: wool and cashmere, down jackets, duvets, washable silk and technical sportswear. Some items labelled 'dry clean only' handle it perfectly well; we decide item by item.
After washing, the item is dried with the same control, then reshaped and pressed if needed.
